Fitch Even partner Joseph F. Marinelli will serve as moderator for the CLE program “Essentials of IP Litigation for Business Lawyers,” taking place on April 19 at 2:00 p.m. CDT during the ABA Business Law Virtual Spring Meeting.
This program will provide guidance to lawyers on how best to advise clients on key elements of the various types of intellectual property litigation that can arise in the course of doing business. In addition to Joe, the speakers will include former U.S. District Court Chief Judge James F. Holderman, Eric Broxterman of Vertiv, and Mareesa Frederick of Finnegan, who will each share their insights on litigation costs, challenges, and strategies.
