In the article, “Toy Meets World: IP Strategies for the Toy Industry,” Amanda and Jackie discuss the industry-specific factors toy designers and their counsel should consider to create an effective IP strategy and better leverage their IP budget. The article was originally printed in Landslide magazine, published by the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law.
